Introduction

This process is about getting somebody who has just met with us, sign up the engagement agreement. We do this with the help of Cudasign.com and Breevy.

Create a copy of the template

Go to Cudasign.com

    Click the Template button on the left portion.

    We will use the template on top.
  • 1
    Hover your mouse on the template.
  • 2
    Click the 'Invite Signers' button.
  • 1
    Delete unnecessary characters.
  • 1
    Move the text cursor to the left most part of the text box.
  • 2
    Type in the last name of the client in upper case letters followed by a hyphen.

    Click Next.

Add emails

After we have made a copy of the template, we will now proceed to adding emails.

    Click on the Template copy.
  • 1
    Type in the email address of your client.
  • 2
    Click the 'Next:Prepare Document' button.

Edit the document

Hit the Next button.

    The text box available on the top portion of the document is where the client will type in their name.

Click the 'My Text' button on the left side of your screen, if you wish to add any text.

    Click Next if you are done.

Review & Send the document

This Breevy software helps us lessen the hassle of typing long messages. 
Just type in the abbreviation, and Breevy will replace the abbreviation with the desired message.

Once you click the Next button, this will appear.

    Fill out the fields needed.

    In the Message field, enter your abbreviation. You will see that the message will replace the abbreviation instantly.

    Also, hit the Ctrl button to expand the message.

    Add necessary details.

    Click the Send Now button once you are done.
