If your ads have a high likelihood of being rejected or at least triggering a rejection, here are some advice that can help.

1. Set up ads on a separate ad account. This way your new ads will not affect the ads that are currently running.
2. Create "Safe" ads. Though the copy may not be as enticing, it's good to have safe compliant ads that are running while we wait for the other ads to be approved.
3. Prepare ads early. Don't set them up the day you need them to be live. Set them up early and just keep them paused.
4. Set up one ad first before adding to all ad sets. If you're running the same ad to multiple ad sets, publish just one first. once it's approved, publish the rest.

3. If the reason is wrong, request for a review.

3. On the third appeal, focus on “moving forward” in terms of asking Facebook what your next step is since they do not want to reinstate your ad account.

I recommend only going to these once everything above has failed.
