Enter Daily Input in "Launch Sequence"

  • Open the Launch Tracking Template
  • Navigate to the "Launch Sequence" tab
  • Usually plan/predict what kind of campaign and how many units we should have in Intellivy
  • Mark these numbers Orange so that the manager can check and adjust if necessary
  • If the manage agree on the numbers, schedule them in Intellivy
  • Enter data for "Projected Organic Sales 20 day Average"
  • This data will be predicted based on the trend and the number of organic sales
  • Rely on the organic sales on the previous day(s) to predict this data every day
  • Default Price: the fixed resale price on the listing
  • Manual Price: Sometimes we need to adjust the resale price based on inventory, unit sold and other strategies. If we adjust the price, enter the new price here

For Keywords Ranking Table:

  • Base on the process "Keyword Research", we found the list of 10-15 keywords to keep track of.
  • RLV: Relevancy - a/b
  • When you search the keyword, a is the position of the product similar to ours per top 5
  • When you search the keyword, b is the position of the product similar to ours per top 12
  • VL Volume: Viral Launch Volume - You get this number with Viral Launch
  • Every day you need to search each keyword to check our position/ranking for that keyword and enter the data
