Offboarding Contractors

Search for documents or folders that are shared with the contractor's primary email address, and remove him or her from all internal or client documents.

If there are documents owned by the contractor's Google Drive account, copy those to a MeeseWorks-controlled account and remove our access to the original file.

Check Toggl for any unpaid entries, and make sure all project commissions have been paid and finalized.

Archive their user account

First, remove contractor access from any shared folders and then with specific accounts that may have been shared directly.

Check with key team members who worked with that contractor directly and make sure they remove the contractor from any accounts they have shared via LastPass before.

Review the work that the contractor did with us, and what apps they may have used from time to time.

Do they have their own user accounts? If so, delete or archive those now.
