    Garage: Attached single or double
  • 6

    Roof: No flat roof, they need to be pitched
  • 7

    Stories: 1 or 2. Try to avoid Bi-Level where entry has a landing and you go up and down from there. This is not desirable unless the price is adjusted.

    Proximity to nearby facilities (such as large towns, schools and colleges)
  • 9

    Does it back up to a busy main street, Rail Road, Airport?
