If the prospect already has a website, it's crucial that we conduct a thorough inspection of it in order to determine:
What platform is the website built on?
Is it mobile-friendly?
How many iterations of their website have there been?
Research Prospect Online
Generally prospects are going to come to us by way of referral or search engines. In either case, once we've been contacted by them we want to assess whether or not they're a prospect that we're interested in working with. That said, the first thing we'll do is research the prospect online to find out what we can learn about them.
