Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Project Progress Report

Project Progress report are a requirement of ministry to monitor the progress of all the projects. This report includes Physical progress and Financial Progress of a Project.

Policy: Project Progress report must be submitted every month.

Effectiveness Criteria:

• Report preparation within Time Frame
  
• Accuracy of the progress report.

Scope:
