1. Open this url (Or go to Challenge Upload ⚡)

2. Open their list (Once you open the link, click open with google sheets)
- Duplicate their sheet (Bottom left, right click on the tab and click duplicate if they didn't do it with our template)
- Scrub the duplicated sheet (Only need first name, last name, email and phone number. If they also have their loan rate, you can rename that as source to upload it)
*Most important is their mobile phone number
> If there are multiple numbers in different columns (Move the mobile number in front and then merge the columns)
Highlight Columns -> Format -> Merge Cells -> Merge Horizontally
> If there are multiple numbers in the same column (Split the data and then also add 3 extra empty columns to the right)
Highlight Column -> Data -> Split Text To Columns -> Separator -> (Select the one that is dividing the information)
> If their full name is in the same column split by a comma (Do the same above)
Above the 2nd column add First Name and the first column last name
3. Download the scrubbed list (File -> Download -> CVS)
4. Upload the scrubbed list to their account

- Go into client's account (If you can't find it, look for their email under team management in the agency level - they might have renamed their settings)
- Go to the contacts
- Add contact
- Import Contact
- Go through the steps (If everything is done correctly, only thing that needs to change is on step 5)
- Add the correct tag for the list uploaded (Tags would either be "Purchase Lead", "Past Clients", "Referral Prospects" or if they have "Refi leads")
5. Organize the challenge (Set up for 7 days)
- Order of challenge (Past Client -> Purchase Leads -> Refi Leads -> Referral Prospects)
> Past Clients (50)
> All Leads (100)
> Referral Prospects (25) *Important to make at least 1
- When tagging the contacts make sure to sort it by "Date Added (ASC)"
- Actually tagging the list for the challenge
>If their list is big (Just do it for 7 days)
>If their list is small (Check if they are doing the one app challenge or 7 days)
(Just do for 1 day + Referral if one app challenge)
- Tag each day numerical order with letter in front Example for 5 days below
>Past Clients - > p1
>Past Clients - > p2
>Purchase Leads > a1
>Refinance Leads >l1
>Referral Prospects > r1
6. Set up Bulk Request
- Create Bulk request under marketing

Past Client -> Database - Refinance
All Leads -> All Leads - Purchase
Refi Leads -> All Leads - Refinance
✨ Referral Prospects -> Referral Prospects

- Do the same but add name/initial in the end
7. Campaign Configuration
- Go into the campaigns that are going to be used
- inside campaign configuration assign the user (If they don't have a user, add one because they might already have a ghl account)
8. Activate the triggers
- Turn all the draft to Active except the schedule triggers & Josh Updates unless they upgraded
9. Finish tracking
- change "-" to "x" to let everyone know it is done
