How to Identify & Manage Checklist Cards

There are a number of places where you will see checklist cards within Process Street. They appear in different colors, depending on their state (active, completed, archived or scheduled).

Active checklist – blue cards

Once you run a checklist, you will see it represented as a blue card on your home dashboard or in folders, always underneath its parent template.

The two most recent checklists will be displayed as cards, but to see more just click the “Show # more” message below them.

Cards show the name of the checklist, who is working on it, when it’s due and a progress bar showing how much of it has been completed.

You can also see your active checklists by opening the template menu. Click the cog next to the template name, and you’ll see any checklists that are active at the bottom of this menu.

Show or hide cards

To hide checklist cards on your home dashboard or in folders, click the minus symbol to the left of the template’s name. To show them again, click the plus symbol.

Scheduled checklists – blue cards

If you have created checklists to run automatically for you using the scheduling tool, these will also appear as blue cards, but in the schedule manager.

Completed checklists – green cards

To see completed checklists in your home dashboard or folders, click the cog on the folder name, and select “show inactive”. Completed checklists have green cards.

Archived checklists – blue cards with diagonal white lines

To see archived checklists in your home dashboard or folders, click the cog on the folder name, and select “show inactive”. Archived checklists are blue, with diagonal white lines across them.
