{"id":5617,"date":"2023-11-03T08:00:04","date_gmt":"2023-11-03T08:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/exporting-workflows\/"},"modified":"2025-07-28T10:44:29","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T10:44:29","slug":"exporting-workflows","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/exporting-workflows\/","title":{"rendered":"Export and Print Workflows"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Exporting and printing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-workflow\/\">workflows<\/a> as PDFs allows you to store, share, and archive all the details from your workflows.<\/p>\n<p>You can use these PDFs for audits or to share with clients, customers, or external partners.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Users: Admins, Builders, Users and Guests can export and print Workflows. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DboFxuYS1iI\" width=\"100%\" height=\"406px\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Export workflows as PDF documents<\/h3>\n<p>Workflows can be exported and saved as a PDF by using the &#8220;<strong>Print<\/strong>&#8221; option.<\/p>\n<p>First, click the <strong>three dots (&#8230;)\u00a0<\/strong> next to your Workflow&#8217;s name and then click &#8220;<strong>Print<\/strong>&#8220;. When the print menu opens, select &#8220;<strong>Save as PDF<\/strong>&#8220;. Save the file to a local folder on your device.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13864\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/print-save-as-pdf.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Printing Workflows<\/h3>\n<p>To print your Workflow, follow the same steps outlined above, only this time select your printer from the menu.<\/p>\n<p>Select the printer of your choice under &#8220;Destination&#8221; (in Chrome), or &#8220;Printer&#8221; (in Firefox\/Safari\/Internet Explorer).
