Organizing Workflows<\/a>, Forms<\/a>, Pages<\/a>, and Files into folders keeps your library structured and easy to navigate.<\/p>\n

Once folders are created, you can move individual or multiple items into them for better management and accessibility.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> To move Workflows, Forms, and Files between folders, you need to be an Admin or Builder<\/a> with edit permission. Users with edit permission on a Page can also move it between folders.<\/p>\n

Move items using the floating menu<\/h2>\n

To move an item into a different folder<\/a>, first locate it in your organization’s Library<\/a> or in your Private Library<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hover to the left of your workflow, page, form, or file name to select it. From the floating menu<\/strong> at the bottom of your screen, select Move<\/strong> and choose the folder you want to move it to. Select multiple items to move them together.<\/p>\n

Create a folder while moving<\/h2>\n

If the destination folder doesn’t exist yet, create it directly from the Move<\/strong> modal \u2014 no need to leave and create it separately.<\/p>\n

  1. Select one or more items and click Move<\/strong> from the floating menu.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Move modal, click the New Folder<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter a name for the new folder.<\/li>\n
  4. The new folder is automatically selected as the destination.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Move<\/strong> to finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This works at any level in your folder tree \u2014 navigate to the location where you want the new folder, then create it on the spot.<\/p>\n

    Move items with drag and drop<\/h2>\n

    Drag your workflows, pages, forms, or files and drop them into a subfolder or into a previous folder via the breadcrumbs, as shown below.<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> Drag and drop moves only one item at a time.<\/p>\n

    Move items between organizations<\/h2>\n

    If you are part of more than one organization (and are an admin in both), you can copy a workflow from one organization to the other<\/a>. This creates a copy<\/em> of the workflow in the other organization \u2014 it does not move the original.<\/p>\n
