If you downloaded a premade workflow template<\/a> that you no longer need or have multiple versions of a workflow<\/strong>, you may want to remove the unused ones.<\/p>\n

You can archive<\/strong><\/a> a workflow (hiding it from view) or delete<\/strong> it (removing it from your library). Even if deleted, workflows can still be restored if needed.<\/p>\n

Users: Only Admins or Builders<\/a> with edit permission can delete workflows. Only Admins can restore deleted workflows.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

How to delete a workflow<\/h2>\n

Click the three-dot menu icon next to your workflow’s name to open the menu. Then click “Delete<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

You will be asked to confirm your decision. Click “Delete<\/strong>” to finish.<\/p>\n

When you delete a workflow, all the workflow runs associated with it are also deleted.<\/p>\n

How to restore a deleted workflow<\/h2>\n

If a workflow was deleted by accident, an Admin can restore it from the activity log.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Activity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Find the deletion entry (shown as “[user] deleted workflow [name]<\/em>“).<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Restore<\/strong> button next to the entry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The workflow and its associated runs are restored to your library.<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> Only Admins have access to Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Activity<\/strong>, where the Restore<\/strong> button appears. If a Builder accidentally deletes a workflow, they need to ask an Admin to restore it.<\/p>\n

    If you would like to remove a workflow from your Library<\/a> without deleting it, you can archive<\/a> it instead.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
