Workflows are at the heart of Process Street, allowing you to document, automate, and run recurring processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether you’re generating a workflow with AI, importing an existing document, exploring premade templates, or starting from scratch, building workflows is quick and flexible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Getting started<\/b><\/h2>\n

When you click New<\/b>, then Workflow<\/b>, you can choose from four creation methods:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Generate with AI<\/b><\/h3>\n

Describe the process you need, and AI generates a draft workflow for you to review and customize. This is the fastest way to get a working structure in place.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Import a document<\/b><\/h3>\n

Upload an existing document (such as a checklist, SOP, or process guide) and convert it into a structured workflow.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Explore templates<\/b><\/h3>\n

Browse the <\/span>Public Template Library<\/span><\/a> to find premade workflows for common processes across HR, IT, Finance, and more. Pick a template and customize it to fit your needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Start a blank workflow<\/b><\/h3>\n

Build your process from the ground up. Ideal if you have a specific structure or set of steps in mind.<\/span><\/p>\n
