This is useful when<\/h4>\n\n- You have time-sensitive workflow runs and want minute-by-minute updates of what’s happening<\/li>\n
- You want to see when a particular process has been updated so that you can check the revisions<\/li>\n
- You are waiting for an update from a client, and want to know exactly when they check off tasks and attach an important file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Users: Administrators and Builders<\/a> can subscribe to Workflows. All users<\/a> (except Anonymous) can subscribe to Workflow Runs.\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\nSubscribing to a\u00a0workflow<\/strong>\u00a0will notify you when:<\/h4>\n\n- The workflow is archived<\/a> or unarchived<\/li>\n
- Anyone edits<\/a> the workflow<\/li>\n
- Any workflow runs from that workflow are updated to a\u00a0newer version<\/a><\/li>\n
- Any workflow runs created from the workflow are completed<\/a>, created, archived<\/a> or unarchived<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Subscribing to a\u00a0workflow run<\/strong>\u00a0will notify you when:<\/h4>\n\n- Tasks are checked or unchecked<\/li>\n
- Anyone comments<\/a> on the workflow run<\/li>\n
- Any comment attachments<\/a> are added<\/li>\n
- A workflow run is completed<\/a> or reactivated<\/li>\n
- A workflow run is\u00a0archived<\/a> or unarchived<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Note:<\/strong> If your process is very active and you do not want numerous email notifications, subscribing may not be the best option for you. See Task Assignments & Due Dates<\/a> instead.<\/p>\nIf you complete tasks or runs in workflows or runs to which you have subscribed, you will not be notified of your own activity. You will only be notified of activities by other users.<\/p>\n
Subscribe to a workflow<\/h2>\n
