You can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Send it to a teammate on Slack, Teams or by email<\/li>\n<li>Hyperlink to it from another workflow<\/li>\n<li>Embed it into a workflow so that you can view it in your workflow runs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><i>Users: In order to share or edit workflows, you must be an Administrator or a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-full-member\/\">Builder<\/a> who has been given <\/i><\/b><b><i>\u2018edit\u2019<\/i><\/b><b><i> permission by your Administrator.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Share your workflow URL<\/h2>\n<p>First, make sure that the person you are going to send your workflow URL to has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/template-permissions\/\">permission<\/a> to view your workflow.<\/p>\n<p>Head to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/library\/\">Library<\/a> and search for the workflow you want to share. Click on the workflow&#8217;s name to open it, and then\u00a0copy the URL from your browser, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11324\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Copy-workflow-URL.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now you can send this to anyone you like via whichever method or tool you choose.<\/p>\n<h2>Linking workflows together<\/h2>\n<p>You can also link workflows together by using the URL of one workflow, in another.<\/p>\n<h3>Hyperlink to your workflow<\/h3>\n<p>Start by clicking your workflow&#8217;s name and then click &#8220;<strong>Edit<\/strong>&#8221; from the right-hand menu.<\/p>\n<p>Select a task, then drag over a text content field from the menu on the right of your editing screen. You can also hyperlink to any text you already have in your workflow, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11325\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Hyperlink-to-another-workflow.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Highlight the words where you will add the link. Click the link icon in the bar above your text field, and paste in the URL for your other workflow.<\/p>\n<p>Choose your &#8220;target&#8221; to open in a new window (optional) and click OK to finish.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that a user will need <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/template-permissions\/\">permission<\/a> to access or view the linked workflow.<\/p>\n<h3>Embed your workflow<\/h3>\n<p>Embedding your workflow allows users to see a small version of one workflow, from within another workflow or workflow run.<\/p>\n<p>Start by editing the workflow you would like to add your embed\u00a0into.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11326\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Embed-a-workflow-in-another.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Drag an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/embed-widget\/\">embed widget<\/a> into the center of your screen from the content menu on the right-hand side.<\/p>\n<p>Paste the URL for the workflow into the URL field, and the workflow will load in a window in the center of your view.<\/p>\n<p>Save changes to your workflow to finish.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You may want to share your workflows with colleagues or clients, or be able to access them from another workflow or workflow run.
