You can manage these notifications directly from your account settings \u2014 toggling individual notification types on or off, or turning off all product emails at once.<\/p>\n<h2>Manage notification preferences<\/h2>\n<p>To access your notification settings:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click your <strong>avatar<\/strong> in the top-right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>My Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Notifications<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>From here, you can toggle individual email notification types on or off.<\/p>\n<h3>Available notification types<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Notifications<\/strong> tab organizes email preferences into categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Daily Inbox Email<\/strong> \u2014 A daily summary of your inbox activity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Task notifications<\/strong> \u2014 Emails for task assigned, task due, stop task hand-off, and @mentions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow run notifications<\/strong> \u2014 Emails for run assigned and run due.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Approval notifications<\/strong> \u2014 Emails for received an approval and work approved or rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toggle each notification type on or off depending on what you want to receive.<\/p>\n<h2>Unsubscribe from all product emails<\/h2>\n<p>To stop receiving all product email notifications at once:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>My Profile<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Notifications<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Enable the <strong>Unsubscribe from all emails<\/strong> toggle at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When this toggle is on, you won&#8217;t receive any emails from Process Street except billing and security-related ones.<\/p>\n<p>To start receiving notifications again, return to the same page and disable the toggle.<\/p>\n<h2>Unsubscribe from blog and marketing emails<\/h2>\n<p>The in-app notification settings only control product emails.
