If you have numerous workflows and workflow runs in use, it can sometimes be hard to spot the one you need right away.<\/p>\n

You can search your organization<\/a> for workflows<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0workflow runs<\/a>\u00a0in a number of places, or from your iPhone<\/a> and Android<\/a> app.<\/p>\n

To search for deleted workflows or workflow runs<\/a>, head to your organization’s activity feed.<\/p>\n

Users: Admins, Builders<\/a> and Users<\/a>\u00a0can see the global search box and library.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Search for workflows<\/h2>\n

In the global search box<\/h3>\n

Click into the global “Search<\/strong>” field at the top right of your screen, next to the “Run” button.<\/p>\n

A pop-up box will appear, and you can start typing the name of the workflow<\/strong> you would like to find in the box at the top. You can also search workflow descriptions<\/strong> and task names<\/strong> from here.<\/p>\n

Scroll through the results to find what you’re looking for, and click one of the results to open that workflow.<\/p>\n

You can use shortcut keys to access this search modal. Press “Command + K<\/strong>” (on a Mac) or “Ctrl + K<\/strong>” (on a PC).<\/p>\n

Search workflow tags<\/h3>\n

You can add tags<\/a> to workflows to allow you to access them faster from your Library<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Search for deleted workflows<\/h3>\n

If you are an Admin, you can search your organization’s activity feed for any workflows (and workflow runs) that have been deleted. From here you can restore<\/a> them if needed.<\/p>\n

Search for workflow runs<\/h2>\n

In Reports<\/h3>\n

Here you will find all workflow runs, whether they are active, archived<\/a>, or completed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Click \u201cReports<\/strong>\u201d at the top left of your screen to search for workflow runs from any of your workflows.<\/p>\n

You can use the search bar to search for workflow runs by name in the default saved views or the saved views you created.<\/p>\n

In your Process Street My Work<\/h3>\n

In your My Work<\/a>, you can search for workflow runs that have been assigned to you, and if you’re an admin you can also review other colleague’s My Work for runs assigned to them.<\/p>\n

You can filter My Work to search for any workflow runs due today, with no due date, or are overdue.<\/p>\n

In your scheduled workflow runs<\/h3>\n

If you have lots of scheduled workflows<\/a> set up, you can search these using the search box on the left of the schedule manager. Start from your Library<\/strong> and click Scheduled<\/strong>\u00a0to access the schedule manager.<\/p>\n

In your iPhone app<\/h3>\n

If you are using our iPhone app<\/a>, you can search workflow runs in My Work on your mobile.<\/p>\n

In your Android app<\/h3>\n

If you are using our Android app<\/a>, you can search workflow runs from your mobile My Work and Reports. You can use the global search bar to look for workflows in your Library.<\/p>\n

Using Ctrl\/Cmd + F<\/h3>\n

You can search for keywords in your workflow editor using the Ctrl\/Cmd + F<\/strong> feature. However, for optimum performance, the search results are limited to the content currently visible on your screen. Keep scrolling to the bottom of your workflow to complete your search.<\/p>\n

If you are a guest or a user and you can’t find the workflow or workflow run you are looking for, you can reach out to an admin in your organization to help you find it. You can see who the admins are in your team from this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n
