That means you can focus on higher-quality leads and streamline the onboarding process with Process Street <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/running-checklists\/\">workflow runs.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Use case:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A real estate company uses Parseur to manage inbound leads<\/li>\n<li>The company wants to automate the client onboarding process by automatically running a Process Street workflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Plan: This integration is available to customers on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/pricing\/\">all plans<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Users: In order to create an API key for integrations, you must be an Administrator.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Process overview:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We will prepare a Process Street workflow with form fields<\/li>\n<li>We will create a Zap in Zapier that runs a workflow from the one we created when information is parsed and extracted in Parseur<\/li>\n<li>We will configure the zap to pull information from Parseur and into the Process Street workflow run form fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let\u2019s get this set up!<\/p>\n<h2>Preparing a Process Street workflow with form fields<\/h2>\n<p>You can either create a new workflow or use an existing one like this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/templates\/client-onboarding-checklist-for-real-estate-sales\/\">client onboarding processs for real estate sales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Either way, the important thing for this integration is that there are adequate form fields to receive the data parsed and extracted by Parseur.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll need to use form fields so that Zapier will have a place to store the data when it pulls information from the email when the integration is triggered.<\/p>\n<p>You can quickly add form fields by dragging them from the form field sidebar on the right during a workflow editing session:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Add-a-form-field-to-a-template-Process-Street.gif\" alt=\"Parseur Process Street Integration\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this case, you\u2019ll want a few basic fields to catch common data from your inbound leads.<\/p>\n<p>You can call them whatever you want, just be sure they\u2019re clearly labelled.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cLead first name\u201d (Short Text)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLead second name\u201d (Short Text)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLead email\u201d (Email)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cDate of scheduled meeting\u201d (Date)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLead phone number\u201d (Short Text)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cListing rent\u201d (Short Text)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cListing details\u201d (Long Text)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cListing address\u201d (Long Text)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a best practice, you want to keep form field names short and unambiguous; imagine you\u2019re writing them to fit onto a spreadsheet view, where clarity and brevity are important.<\/p>\n<p>This is where you\u2019d input the reference ID of the upgrade plan so that Parseur can automatically apply the change to the customer\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n<p>Once that\u2019s done, you\u2019re ready to connect the workflow to Zapier and start automating.<\/p>\n<h2>Make a Zap to run a Process Street workflow based on information Parseur takes from an email<\/h2>\n<p>Zapier is a tool that connects over 750 different apps. Any action in any of the supported apps (like forwarding an email or adding an attachment to a task) can be set up to trigger another app\u2019s features automatically. Zapier integrates with both Parseur and Process Street. The whole recipe (trigger + action) is called a Zap.<\/p>\n<p>Log into Zapier or <a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/sign-up\">create an account<\/a>, then click \u2018Make a zap!\u2019<\/p>\n<h3>Adding Parseur as the trigger<\/h3>\n<p>In your new zap, select Parseur as the trigger and choose New Document Processed:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Parseur-1.png\" alt=\"Parseur integration\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Connect your Parseur account, and proceed to Set Up Options. From the dropdown menus, choose the Parseur Inbox you wish to use.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll then have to forward a test email to the address of that Parseur Inbox to make sure it\u2019s working.<\/p>\n<p>Now we can add the action.<\/p>\n<h3>Adding Process Street as the action<\/h3>\n<p>Choose Process Street as the app for the action step, with Run Workflow as the action.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Parseur-2.png\" alt=\"Parseur integration\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Link your Process Street account and move to Set Up workflow.<\/p>\n<p>At this point, select the workflow you prepared earlier and choose what information to send from Parseur into the workflow run:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Parseur-3.png\" alt=\"Parseur integration\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The information you\u2019ll be able to set in this section will depend on how many fields you\u2019ve set up in Parseur.<\/p>\n<p>Now, it\u2019s time to test the Zap.<\/p>\n<h3>Activating the Zap<\/h3>\n<p>Hit \u201cContinue\u201d and you\u2019ll move onto the test step to confirm the Zap is working.<\/p>\n<p>Hit the \u201cSend Test to Process Street\u201d button to receive confirmation that the Zap is working.<\/p>\n<p>Then, be sure to name the Zap and turn it from \u201cOFF\u201d to \u201cON\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Parseur-4.png\" alt=\"Parseur integration\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s pretty much it!<\/p>\n<p>Now, when you forward an email to the Parseur Inbox address, a Process Street workflow will automatically run, filled out with all of the information from the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can integrate Parseur with Process Street workflow runs using Zapier.
