For example, Poptin can use highly targeted popups to funnel leads into a closing the sale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-workflow\/\">workflow<\/a> in Process Street.<\/p>\n<h3>Use case:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A digital agency uses Process Street for their sales process and wants to get more leads and sales<\/li>\n<li>The company wants to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/business-process-automation-guide\/\">automate the process<\/a> for closing a sale by automatically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/running-checklists\/\">running a workflow<\/a> for closing the sale when a highly qualified lead is added in Poptin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Plan: This integration is available to customers on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/pricing\/\">all plans<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Users: In order to create an API key for integrations, you must be an Administrator.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Process overview:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We will create a Zap in Zapier<\/li>\n<li>We will create a trigger for the Zap for each time a new lead is created in Poptin<\/li>\n<li>We will create an action for the Zap to create a new workflow run in Process Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let\u2019s get this set up!<\/p>\n<h2>Creating a Zap in Zapier<\/h2>\n<p>Zapier is a tool that connects over 1,000 different apps. Any action in any of the supported apps (like forwarding an email or adding an attachment to a task) can be set up to trigger another app\u2019s features automatically. Zapier integrates with both Poptin and Process Street.<\/p>\n<p>The whole recipe (trigger + action) is called a Zap.<\/p>\n<p>Log into Zapier or <a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/sign-up\/\">create an account<\/a>, then click \u2018Make a zap!\u2019<\/p>\n<h3>Setting up Poptin as a trigger in Zapier<\/h3>\n<p>After you\u2019ve created your new Zap, the first step is to choose a trigger app. Search for \u201cPoptin\u201d and select \u201cNew Lead\u201d as the trigger.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/12.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now you need to link your Poptin account with Zapier. Find your API key by going to the Profile page of your Poptin account, and copying it from the field there.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/21.gif\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next you need to set up a Poptin, which is another name for one of the templates Poptin uses.<\/p>\n<p>On the Poptin dashboard, click \u201cNew Poptin\u201d, either on the left panel or in the middle of the screen:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/31.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are a bunch of templates you can choose from:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/4.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pick one that suits you, and hit \u201cCustomize\u201d. From here, simply fill in the fields appropriately:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/5.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finalize the design elements and hit \u201cNext\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/6.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finally, choose some rules to govern how your Poptin is displayed, and hit \u201cPublish\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/7.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve created your Poptin, jump back in Zapier, refresh the fields, and select it:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/8.gif\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After you\u2019ve selected the Poptin you want to use as the trigger, Zapier will pull in some samples to test whether it\u2019s working.<\/p>\n<p>When you get the confirmation, we can proceed on to adding the action step in Zapier.<\/p>\n<h3>Setting up Process Street as an action in Zapier<\/h3>\n<p>Hit \u201cAdd a Step\u201d in the left panel, select \u201cAction\/Search\u201d, and look for \u201cProcess Street\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/9.gif\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Proceed to select \u201cRun Workflow\u201d as the action:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/10.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now you\u2019ll be prompted to select your organization inside of Process Street. If this is your first time using Zapier with Process Street, you\u2019ll need to input your Process Street API key, which can be found in the \u201cSettings &amp; API\u201d tab of the organization you wish to add.<\/p>\n<p>Just click the \u201cNew API Key\u201d button and copy the code into your clipboard.<\/p>\n<p>Now, return to Zapier and click \u201cConnect An Account\u201d and input the API key you just created when prompted.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/111.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now set up the Process Street <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/templates\/\">workflow<\/a> that will run when the Zap is triggered. Since our goal here is to get more high-quality leads and increase sales, something like this workflow for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/templates\/closing-the-sale-checklist\/\">closing the sale<\/a> would be ideal.<\/p>\n<p>Here it is as an embedded Process Street workflow:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/templates\/closing-the-sale-checklist\/\" width=\"100%\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>You can either grab that workflow for yourself from the link above or create a similar one for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>When you\u2019ve chosen the workflow you want to use, input the necessary fields into the setup page and click the \u201cContinue\u201d button at the very bottom of the page.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/121.png\" alt=\"Integrate Process Street with Poptin\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Testing the Poptin integration<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019re nearly done!
