{"id":5917,"date":"2023-11-03T08:00:24","date_gmt":"2023-11-03T08:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/reports\/"},"modified":"2024-04-18T00:53:23","modified_gmt":"2024-04-18T00:53:23","slug":"reports","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/reports\/","title":{"rendered":"Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Reports in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/\">Process Street<\/a> allow you to see, manage and create saved views for all of your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-workflow-run\/\">workflow runs<\/a> in one place.<\/p>\n<h3>What can you do with Reports?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check your team\u2019s <strong>progress<\/strong> on a particular project or workflow<\/li>\n<li>Create <strong>saved views<\/strong> for a particular client, project, department, or your whole organization<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organize<\/strong> your work so that you can be more productive<\/li>\n<li>Quickly <strong>identify<\/strong> where tasks or projects may be going off-track<\/li>\n<li><strong>Export<\/strong> all the data from your workflow runs to CSV<\/li>\n<li>Track the progress of bulk workflow run updates with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/run-update-report\/\"><strong>Run Update Report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Users: Admins, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-full-member\/\">Builders<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-free-member\/\">Users<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/guests\/\">Guests <\/a>can see Reports. This is useful for checking progress on ongoing updates or seeing newly created workflow runs.<\/p>\n<p>The Refresh button has a 5-second cooldown to prevent excessive requests.<\/p>\n<h2>Saved views<\/h2>\n<h3>Default saved views<\/h3>\n<p>To help you get started, we\u2019ve created some default saved views for you. You\u2019re welcome \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active workflow runs \u2013 Any workflow runs in the <strong>whole organization<\/strong> that are overdue, on track, or due soon<\/li>\n<li>Assigned to me \u2013 All workflow runs <strong>assigned to you<\/strong> that are due soon, on track, or overdue<\/li>\n<li>Overdue \u2013 Any workflow runs in the <strong>whole organization<\/strong> which are overdue<\/li>\n<li>Recently completed \u2013 <strong>All completed workflow runs<\/strong>, with the most recently completed at the top<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7816\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-saved-views.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-saved-views.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-saved-views-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-saved-views-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> It is not possible to edit or delete <em>default saved views<\/em>. You can, however, make changes to the column headers, filters, and workflows and then create a new saved view from a default. Essentially this makes a copy of the default which you can then edit and save.<\/p>\n<h3>Create a new saved view<\/h3>\n<p>You can create a saved view for anything you want, for whatever is important for you to see in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/managing-organization\/\">organization<\/a>, or for whatever is essential for you to do your job.<\/p>\n<p>There are two ways to create a new saved view. You can create one from scratch, or create it from an existing view.<\/p>\n<p>To create a brand new saved view, look over to the menu on the left side of the page.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7817\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-create-new-saved-view.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-create-new-saved-view.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-create-new-saved-view-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-create-new-saved-view-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the <strong>+ button<\/strong> above the default saved views (shown above)<\/li>\n<li>Name your view and select the permission levels (shown below)<\/li>\n<li>Set filters, choose your workflows, re-order and sort your columns then click <strong>Apply Changes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save View<\/strong> and then click <strong>Update<\/strong> to finish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7818\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/reports-new-saved-view.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Create a new view from an existing view<\/h3>\n<p>You can also create a new saved view from an existing view, or a default saved view.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select a saved view from the menu on the left of the page<\/li>\n<li>Make any changes you need by choosing the workflows whose workflow runs you\u2019d like to see, changing filters, re-ordering or sorting your columns then click <strong>Apply Changes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save View<\/strong>. Then give your new view a name, set permissions, and select <strong>Create new<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7819\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/reports-create-new-view-from-saved.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are no limits to the number of saved views you can create or the number of workflows you can view workflow runs from.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> Saved views are created in alphabetical order. If you want to reorder them, you can add numbers in front of your saved view names.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Single workflow view<\/h2>\n<p>When you select <em>only one workflow<\/em> from the workflow dropdown menu, this allows you to view and select the <strong>tasks<\/strong> and\/or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/form-fields\/\"><strong>form fields<\/strong><\/a> from that workflow, in addition to the standard column headers.<\/p>\n<p>You can select all the tasks or form fields that you want to see as columns by checking and unchecking the boxes next to their name. Once selected, they will appear as column headers in your view. You can drag and drop these columns to rearrange them then save the view when you\u2019re done.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7820\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/reports-single-workflow.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to navigate multiple tasks and form fields.<\/p>\n<p>Tasks will show a tick if they have been completed, or blank if not. Form fields will show the data collected within them e.g. an email address, a website URL, or a contact name. Tasks or fields hidden by conditional logic will have an icon of an eyeball with a diagonal line across them.<\/p>\n<h2>Columns<\/h2>\n<p>You\u2019ll see several column headings that you can use to create a saved view that works best for you. All the columns you see are optional, so you can select the ones you want to see and hide the ones you don\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>To hide or show columns, click on the \u201cColumns\u201d drop-down in the center of your screen. Check or un-check the boxes next to the columns you\u2019d like to show or hide respectively.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7821\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-columns.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-columns.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-columns-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-columns-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can also drag and drop the columns into position, sort the data in the columns, and re-size the columns to further customize your view.<\/p>\n<p>This is a list of all the columns you can choose, and what they do.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong> \u2013 The name of your workflow runs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow<\/strong> \u2013 The name of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-template\/\">workflow<\/a> that your run was created from<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assignees<\/strong> \u2013 Who is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/assigning-checklists\/\">assigned<\/a> to this workflow run or the tasks within it (individuals or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-are-groups\/\">groups<\/a>). You\u2019ll be able to identify them by a user\u2019s profile picture, their initials, or the group icon or initials<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong> \u2013 Shows if the workflow run is Completed, Archived, On track, Due soon (within 24 hours) or Overdue. These are color-coded based on priority e.g. overdue is red = most urgent<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comments<\/strong> \u2013 See which workflow runs have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/comments\/\">comments<\/a> in them. Open the workflow run to view the comments<\/li>\n<li><strong>Started<\/strong> \u2013 The date the workflow run was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/running-checklists\/\">created<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Activity<\/strong> \u2013 Shows when the most recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/checklist-activity-feed\/\">activity<\/a> on this workflow run took place<\/li>\n<li><strong>Due<\/strong> \u2013 The workflow run due date<\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed<\/strong> \u2013 The date the workflow run was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/completed-checklists\/\">completed<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed by<\/strong> \u2013 Who completed it, the user or group<\/li>\n<li><strong>Overdue tasks<\/strong> \u2013 The number of tasks over the due date within a workflow run. Click to see more details for each task, or to open the workflow run<\/li>\n<li><b>Tasks completed <\/b>\u2013 The number of tasks that have been completed along with a progress bar. It\u2019s also color-coded to match the status of the workflow run<\/li>\n<li><strong>Version<\/strong> \u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workflow version number for this workflow run<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Run Update Status<\/strong> \u2013 The progress of a bulk workflow run update. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/run-update-report\/\">Run Update Report<\/a> for details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Filters and sorting<\/h2>\n<p>Filters allow you to generate a report with specific information, matching certain criteria. You can add multiple rules as filters or keep it simple, it\u2019s up to you!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7822\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-filters.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-filters.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-filters-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-filters-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These are the different types of column filters you can apply with the options you have.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong> \u2013 Workflow run name contains, is equal to, is not equal to, or does not contain a certain word\/s<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong> \u2013 Workflow run status contains or does not contain any of Completed, Archived, On track, Due soon, or Overdue status flags. You can multi-select or filter one at a time<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assignees<\/strong> \u2013 Contains or does not contain a selected user or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-are-groups\/\">group<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Started, Activity, Due, Completed<\/strong> \u2013 Before, after, or in between a range of dates<\/li>\n<li><strong>Overdue tasks<\/strong> \u2013 Is equal to, greater than, or less than a specified number<\/li>\n<li><b>Tasks completed <\/b>\u2013 Is equal to, greater than, or less than a specified number of tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can easily change your view by editing or deleting these filters.<\/p>\n<p>To delete a filter click the <strong>Filter<\/strong> button and click the <strong>x button<\/strong> next to the filter name on the left. To add a new filter click <strong>+Add Filter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>And\/or filters<\/h3>\n<p>When you add a new filter, the default is to have a filter that searches for your first filter <strong>And <\/strong>a second filter. However, if you click on the word <strong>And<\/strong> it changes to <strong>Or<\/strong>, so that you can have the results of filter one <strong>Or<\/strong> filter two in your view. Then click <strong>Apply Changes<\/strong> to view the results.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7823\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/reports-andor.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When you\u2019re done customizing, save your selection by clicking \u201c<strong>Save View<\/strong>\u201d and then click \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d to finish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> While using the date filter, the <em><strong>is between<\/strong><\/em> search criteria doesn\u2019t include the dates you\u2019ve selected in this filter. The results show only the workflow runs between the dates you\u2019ve selected.<\/p>\n<h3>Filter by form fields<\/h3>\n<p>When you select a single workflow in Reports, you can filter workflow runs by their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/form-fields\/\">form field<\/a> values. This makes it easy to narrow down runs based on how they\u2019re being filled out \u2014 for example, finding all runs where a specific dropdown option was selected or a text field contains a particular value.<\/p>\n<p>To filter by form fields:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select a single workflow from the workflow dropdown at the top of Reports.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Filter<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>+Add Filter<\/strong> and select a form field from the list.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your operator and enter or select the value to filter by.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Apply Changes<\/strong> to see the filtered results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The available operators depend on the form field type:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Short text<\/strong> \u2013 Contains, does not contain, is equal to, or is not equal to a text value<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dropdown (select)<\/strong> \u2013 Is equal to or is not equal to a value chosen from the dropdown options<\/li>\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 Is equal to or is not equal to a user selected from the picker. The picker shows users from the group assigned to that field, including deactivated users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-choice<\/strong> \u2013 Contains or does not contain a selected option. Filter by one option at a time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine multiple form field filters using <strong>And<\/strong>\/<strong>Or<\/strong> logic, the same way as standard filters. For example, filter for runs where a dropdown equals &#8220;Option A&#8221; <strong>and<\/strong> a text field contains &#8220;urgent,&#8221; or use <strong>or<\/strong> to broaden the results.<\/p>\n<p>Form field filters are saved along with the rest of the view configuration. Click <strong>Save View<\/strong> and then <strong>Update<\/strong> to keep your form field filters for next time. When you reload a saved view, all form field filter values are restored automatically.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Form field filters are only available when a single workflow is selected. If you select multiple workflows, form field filters won\u2019t appear in the filter menu.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Once you have filtered your view, you can sort your columns in ascending or descending order by clicking the arrows next to the column names, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7896\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/reports-form-field-sorting.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Apart from the columns for your filters, you can also sort the form field columns, as shown above.<\/p>\n<h2>Search<\/h2>\n<p>Use the search box in the center of your screen to look for workflow runs by name.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7824\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-search-bar.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-search-bar.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-search-bar-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-search-bar-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: You can only search for workflow runs by their names here. If you\u2019d like to search for workflows, head to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/template-dashboard\/\">Library<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Saved views: Permissions and sharing<\/h3>\n<p>You can set permissions and share a saved view when you create a new saved view, or when you edit an existing one.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7825\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-permission.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-permission.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-permission-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-permission-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you set a saved view to \u201c<strong>Private<\/strong>\u201d only you can see this view. Choose either \u201c<strong>Individuals &amp; groups<\/strong>\u201d to share it with selected people, or \u201c<strong>Organization<\/strong>\u201d to share it with all admins and builders in your organization.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose <strong>\u201cIndividuals &amp; groups\u201d<\/strong>, select the colleague with whom you want to share it. Under \u201c<strong>Who has access<\/strong>?\u201d type a name or enter an email address to search for a user or a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/groups\/\">group<\/a> from the dropdown. When you\u2019ve finished adding users, click <strong>Update<\/strong> to finish. The saved view will have a group icon next to it in the menu on the left of your screen.<\/p>\n<p>If you select <strong>\u201cOrganization\u201d<\/strong>, all admins and builders in your Process Street organization will see that saved view when they open Reports. This saved view will have a globe icon next to it in the menu on the left of your screen.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only Admins can create organization-wide saved views.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7826\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-all-org-view.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-all-org-view.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-all-org-view-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-all-org-view-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shared saved views automatically appear for users in their Reports when they refresh their browser or log in (no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/email-notifications\/\">email notification<\/a> will be sent to inform them that there is a new saved view).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can only invite Admins or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-full-member\/\">Builders<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-free-member\/\">Users<\/a> who are <em>already<\/em> part of your organization to view your saved views. If you need to add more people, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/invite\/\">invite them<\/a> into your organization first<\/li>\n<li>Builders or Groups you share this with, will need to have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/user-permissions\/\">permission<\/a> to view that workflow or workflow run first, otherwise, their saved view will not show any workflow runs. Builders or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-are-groups\/\">Groups<\/a> who you share saved views with cannot edit or delete them<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/guests\/\">Guests<\/a> will only be able to see workflow runs that have been assigned to them. In a guest\u2019s Reports, they can see default saved views and set filters or sort column headers, however, they cannot create saved views of their own, or edit existing saved views<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Edit a saved view<\/h3>\n<p>Select the saved view you\u2019d like to change from the left panel, and start by changing or adding filters, moving column positions, selecting workflows, or column sorting.<\/p>\n<p>Make all the changes you need then click <strong>Apply Changes<\/strong>, and click <strong>Save View<\/strong> in the center of your screen. Here you can also edit the saved view\u2019s name and permission settings then click <strong>Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7827\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-edit-saved-view.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d only like to edit the permissions on a saved view, click the <strong>cog<\/strong> next to its name in the left- panel. Make your changes and hit <strong>Update<\/strong> when you\u2019re done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/user-permissions\/\">Admins<\/a> can edit saved views shared with all users or those shared with individuals or groups. Any user that has created their <em>own<\/em> saved views can edit their own. <em>Private views<\/em> can only be edited by the user that created them.<\/p>\n<h3>Delete a saved view<\/h3>\n<p>First, make sure you have selected the correct saved view from the left-hand menu. Next, click the cog on the right of the saved view and then select \u201c<strong>Delete view<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7828\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/reports-delete-saved-view.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> Admins can delete saved views created by any user (except for private views). Any user that has created their own saved views can delete their own, but they cannot delete views others have created.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Export to CSV<\/h2>\n<p>You can export workflow runs from any of your saved views in Reports.<\/p>\n<p>First, select the view where you would like to export workflow runs from, then click on the \u201c<strong>Export<\/strong>\u201d button on the right of your screen. You can choose to export all columns or only the visible columns.<\/p>\n<p>Once you click the export button, your CSV will automatically start downloading within your current browser.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7829\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-export.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-export.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-export-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/report-export-768x384.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/user-permissions\/\">permission<\/a> to view workflow runs in a particular saved view, the CSV file will be blank.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note: Timezones for all dates included in CSV exports are in UTC.
