To run workflows, you must be an Administrator, or a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-full-member\/\">Builder<\/a> or User who has been given <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/permissions\/\">\u2018Run\u2019<\/a> permission by an Administrator.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Login<\/h2>\n<p>You can login to the app via email and password, Google, Microsoft or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/single-sign-on-sso-at-process-street\/\">Single-Sign-On<\/a> (SSO).<\/p>\n<p>You will need to already have a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/\">Process Street<\/a> account to be able to login. Sign up for <a href=\"https:\/\/app.process.st\/sign-up\">new accounts<\/a> will need to be done on the browser version first, then you can access the app.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15573\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/android-login3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Mobile Inbox<\/h2>\n<p>Your mobile Inbox allows you to use filters to quickly search for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-workflow-run\/\">workflow runs<\/a> and tasks you&#8217;re assigned to.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15580\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/inbox.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can handle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/approvals\/\">approvals<\/a> on the go, with just a few clicks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16592\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/android-approval.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Using the search filters, you can also view and reply to your comments.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15577\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/filter-comments-in-inbox.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Viewing Reports<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to the Reports tab to view your workflow runs. You can use the filter in the top left corner to toggle between your saved views or create a new saved view.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15584\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Reports.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tapping your logo in the top left corner will also take you to your Reports dashboard.<\/p>\n<h2>Library<\/h2>\n<p>The Library shows you all your folders and workflows.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15582\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Library.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can tap the Settings cog to create a new folder or view archived workflows.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/library-settings.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Comments<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to head straight to your comments, you can tap Comments in the navigation tab. Here you can view and reply to your comments without having to filter them in the Inbox.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15575\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/comments-tab-from-navigation.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Building or editing Workflows<\/h2>\n<p>You can build and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/workflows\/\">edit workflows<\/a> in your mobile app just as you can in your browser. Click the <strong>+ button<\/strong> in the top right corner and select Workflow.<\/p>\n<p>Once you name your workflow and choose how it triggers, you will land in the workflow editor. Here you can drag and drop form fields in your tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15593\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-2023-04-12-at-21.56.17.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"28\" height=\"22\" data-wp-editing=\"1\" \/>\u00a0 \u00a0icon to access your task list and navigate to the next or previous task. Once you&#8217;re in a task, you can edit the task name by clicking on the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15594\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-2023-04-12-at-21.56.28.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"27\" height=\"25\" \/> (pencil) icon.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15592\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/workflow-editor.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;re done editing your workflow, you can click the three dots in the top right corner and click Publish.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15591\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/publish-changes.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To edit a workflow, navigate to the <strong>Library<\/strong> and select the workflow you want to edit. Then click the <strong>three dots<\/strong> in the top right corner and click <strong>Edit<\/strong> or Edit draft. Once you&#8217;ve edited the workflow, you can click the <strong>three dots<\/strong> and select <strong>Publish<\/strong> as shown above.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/edit-workflow.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Run workflows<\/h2>\n<p>To <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/running-workflows\/\">run a workflow<\/a> tap on the +\u00a0button in the top right corner and select Run a workflow.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15586\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/run-workflow.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here you can see the list of all the workflows in your organization. Scroll or use the search box to find the one you want to run.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15585\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/run-workflow-search.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve selected a workflow, give your workflow run a name.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optional:<\/strong> Assign someone (or a group) and give it a due date.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15588\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/run.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>Run Workflow<\/strong> at the bottom of your screen and you&#8217;re all set, your workflow run has been created.<\/p>\n<h2>Creating Pages, Forms and Folders<\/h2>\n<p>You can create and edit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/pages\/\">Pages<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/forms\/\">Forms<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/folders\/\">Folders<\/a> by clicking the <strong>+ button<\/strong> in the top right corner<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15586\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/run-workflow.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Notifications<\/h2>\n<p>Since they are push notifications, you&#8217;ll receive them to alert you to important tasks that need to be dealt with right away. If you tap the notification, it will take you straight to the workflow run in question.<\/p>\n<p>If someone @mentions in a comment you&#8217;ll also get a notification. This works in the same way as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/email-notifications\/\">email notifications<\/a> in the browser version.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> You will only receive push notifications when you are not actively working on the browser and are away from your desk.<\/p>\n<h2>Settings<\/h2>\n<p>Click your profile icon in the top right corner for additional settings and actions.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15589\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/manage-orgs1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here you will have access to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organization Settings<\/li>\n<li>Manage and Switch Organizations<\/li>\n<li>User Profile settings<\/li>\n<li>User Guide (Where you can search our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/\">Knowledge Base<\/a> for help)<\/li>\n<li>Contact Support<\/li>\n<li>Logout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional actions<\/h2>\n<p>You can access your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/private-library\/\">Private Library<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/scheduled-workflow-runs\/\">Scheduled workflows<\/a>, and tags by expanding the left panel in your Library.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/library-more-options.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You would be able to use the mobile app just as you can use your browser version without any limitations.
