Note:<\/strong> You want to ensure that the form fields you have in your workflow match the fields you have in\u00a0Zoho\u00a0Forms.<\/p>\n3. Create a Webhook trigger to run your workflow in Process Street<\/h3>\n
To get the webhook URL from Process Street, when you’re editing your workflow, click the + icon<\/strong> above your task list on the left. 4. Set up the Webhook Trigger in\u00a0Zoho\u00a0Forms<\/h3>\n
To create a webhook in\u00a0Zoho\u00a0Forms, while editing your form, go to Integrations<\/strong> > then click Webhooks<\/strong> in the left panel. Then click on Configure Webhook<\/strong>\u00a0in the center of your screen and fill in the details as shown below.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/configure-webhook.gif\")

The payload parameters are the display names for your form fields, which will be available for mapping in Process Street when you configure your webhook there. For ease of recognition, you can name your parameters the same as the field names in your form.<\/p>\n

Now you can test your webhook and when it returns as successful, Save<\/strong> it.<\/p>\n5. Finish the setup in Process Street<\/h3>\n
Now come back to Process Street and test your trigger. Your payload should return as a success but if it doesn’t, you might want to go back to\u00a0Zoho\u00a0Forms\u00a0and submit a new response.<\/p>\n
When your test returns successful, you can proceed to map your\u00a0Zoho\u00a0Forms parameters to your Process Street form fields.<\/p>\n

Lastly, turn your webhook On<\/strong> and Save<\/strong> it. Then Publish<\/strong> your workflow and you’re all set!<\/p>\nAs an extra step, you can go to\u00a0Zoho\u00a0Forms, submit a new response then come back to Process Street in the Reports Dashboard to confirm a new workflow is run.<\/p>\n
