Starting with a blank page can be challenging, especially for new users or those who&#8217;ve not had experience building workflows. There are task dependencies to consider, multiple people involved, and deadlines to manage&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/\">Process Street<\/a>&#8216;s AI Workflow Generator uses AI to help you overcome those hurdles by generating the details, forms, and functions you need to start a new workflow in no time at all. Then sit back and watch as your workflow is being generated, including a list of tasks with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/form-fields\/\">form fields<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/approvals\/\">approvals<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/stop-tasks\/\">stop tasks<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/role-assignments\/\">role assignments<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/variables\/\">variables<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/dynamic-due-dates\/\">dynamic due dates<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> the <strong>additional instructions field<\/strong> accepts prompts\/instructions up to 10,000 characters.<\/p>\n<p>The AI Workflow Generator can create workflows tailored to your specific requirements by using the workflow name you provide (the more specific the better). You can also provide additional instructions for more tailored results, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15952\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ai-wf-g-generate-workflow.gif\" alt=\"generate workflow\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the tasks generated, the first task generated uses Role assignments. This task\u00a0is assigned to the workflow runner to set up task assignments throughout the workflow.<\/p>\n<p>While creating the workflow, the AI Workflow Generator also adds a relevant emoji icon and a cover image to your workflow. Learn more about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/custom-branding\/\">custom branding<\/a> in Process Street.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15618\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/custom-branding.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once your workflow is ready, you will see a Generation Summary of the workflow. Here you can also choose to regenerate the workflow, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/publish-and-run\/\">publish &amp; run<\/a> it or edit it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15953\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ai-wf-g-generation-summary.png\" alt=\"generation summary\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you want to see a variation of the generated workflow, click <strong>Regenerate<\/strong> to edit the prompt. You can include instructions like no approvals, or 5 tasks maximum, as shown below. Then generate a new workflow.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15954\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ai-wfg-regenerate.gif\" alt=\"regenerate\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now is a good time for you to review and edit the workflow to add additional features like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/conditional-logic\/\">conditional logic,<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/task-permissions\/\">task permissions<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/universal-trigger\/\">triggers<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/universal-trigger\/\">automations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;re happy with the workflow, click <strong>Publish and Run<\/strong> in the top-right corner to test your new workflow.<\/p>\n<h2>Generating tasks with AI<\/h2>\n<p>In any of your existing workflows, you can utilize the AI task generator to help you create new content &amp; form fields within that task.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15619\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/generate-task.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The task name and the workflow name are required to allow you to generate the content and form fields with Cora AI.<\/p>\n<h2>Generating &amp; improving content with AI<\/h2>\n<p>You can generate and improve upon content in your text widgets and send email widgets using the AI content generator.<\/p>\n<p>To do this, navigate to an existing task or create a new one.
