{"id":6773,"date":"2023-04-24T15:45:24","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T15:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/reassign\/"},"modified":"2025-07-28T13:37:41","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T13:37:41","slug":"reassign","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/reassign\/","title":{"rendered":"Reassign from Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If a user has been removed from your organization or is on a long leave, you can reassign their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-workflow-run\/\">workflow runs<\/a> to other users in your <strong>Reports dashboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Users: In order to assign people to Workflow run, you must be an Administrator or a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-full-member\/\">Builder<\/a> of your organization.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>To change the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/assigning-workflow-runs\/\">workflow run assignee<\/a>, navigate to a workflow run and hover over the current assignees, then click the <strong>Reassign<\/strong> button. Here you can remove the current assignee and add a new one. You can also add more users along with the current one.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/reassign-wfr.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In case the workflow run is not assigned to any user, you can assign it to someone from here. You can also assign the workflow run to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-are-groups\/\">group<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15676\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/wfr-reassign-group.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can also reassign workflow run tasks in the same manner. Hover over the workflow run assignees of the desired workflow run.
