Users: In order to create or edit workflows you must be an Administrator or a Builder<\/a> who has been given ‘edit’ access by your Administrator.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Whether you’re creating a new workflow<\/a> or working with an existing one, you can add AI task<\/a>s to translate content for you.<\/p>\n Create or edit your workflow and add form fields<\/a> to collect information like topic, objective, description, and more. This data can be populated in a long text field and used as input to create your AI task.<\/p>\n Alternatively, you can choose to translate the individual form fields as well.<\/p>\n You can use these form fields as input in your AI tasks.<\/p>\n Next, navigate to the task after which you want to add the AI task and click on the + button<\/strong> at the end of your task list. Select AI Task<\/strong> then select Translate<\/strong> from the category dropdown, as shown below.<\/p>\n Edit the pre-populated prompt to add variables<\/a> from your workflow run, shown above. You can also edit this prompt to add or delete instructions.<\/p>\n Before you finalize your prompt, you can test it to make sure it delivers the desired response in your workflow runs<\/a>. Once you’ve created or edited your prompt click Test<\/strong>.<\/p>\n When you open the testing modal you’ll be taken to the Instructions<\/strong> tab. Here you’ll see the prompt that you edited in the step before.<\/p>\n Click Generate<\/strong> to review the response.<\/p>\n If you’re not happy with the response, you can edit the prompt and regenerate the response, repeating this step until you’re satisfied. Then click Save<\/strong> to save your edited prompt.<\/p>\n Click on the tab next to instructions, System prompt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The System prompt is pre-populated for you. You can edit it or create your own.<\/p>\n Note:<\/strong> AI tasks do not have web browsing capabilities. If your workflow requires data from the web for an AI task to process, you can use Zapier’s Web Parser<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n The output field is the form field where a response will be populated by the AI Content Translator. This field could be in a task that’s typically after the AI task.<\/p>\n Form fields that can be selected as an output field are:<\/p>\n Optional:<\/strong> Add an approval<\/a> to have one of your team members review the translation generated by the AI Task.<\/p>\n Use the lock icon<\/strong> in the Workflow editor to set task-level visibility. Since these tasks don’t require user action, only “View” and “No Access” permissions apply.<\/p>\n What happens when you hide a task? It still runs.
