If staying consistent with time has become a challenge for you, setting an Organization-wide timezone can ensure that your entire team operates in your &#8216;Organization Standard Time&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Organization timezone triggers workflow runs and due dates at a standard time, across your organization, irrespective of the timezone relative to individual users.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Users: To manage your organization, you must be an Administrator.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To set your Organization timezone, go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/brightstar.process.st\/organizations\/manage\/settings\">organization settings<\/a> and navigate to the <strong>Settings<\/strong> tab. Then select a timezone, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/org-timezone.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/org-timezone.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/org-timezone-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/org-timezone-768x384.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>What is impacted by the Organization timezone<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The due date for tasks and workflow runs<\/li>\n<li>The default time as 8 AM in the organization timezone when no time is provided for a dynamic due date<\/li>\n<li>The weekend, when &#8216;Weekdays only&#8217; is selected in a date picker<\/li>\n<li>The due date offsets, when scheduling a workflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although the Organization timezone determines when a workflow or due date is triggered, a user will see all dates and timestamps in the timezone they have set for their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/time-zones\/\">profile<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>What is not impacted by the Organization Timezone<\/h3>\n<p>In any situation where a due date or notification is triggered based on the user&#8217;s timezone, as it is relevant to that individual user.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email notifications<\/li>\n<li>My Work notifications<\/li>\n<li>Due dates displayed in My Work and email notifications<\/li>\n<li>Tasks due in Slack or Teams app<\/li>\n<li>Due dates displayed in Slack or Teams app<\/li>\n<li>Task or run status in Reports<\/li>\n<li>Dates displayed in email widgets<\/li>\n<li>Activity logs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If your team works across the globe, &#8220;Is the task due at 2 PM &#8211; your time or mine?&#8221; can be an everyday situation with most of your tasks.
