It is intuitively designed for you to manage and optimize your workflows.<\/p>\n<p>It also helps your team to discover some of our core features that can boost their productivity.<\/p>\n<p>It shows you the workflow&#8217;s connected automations, activity log, workflow runs, analytics, and tasks assigned to you. It also displays all the different ways in which you can run this workflow.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you&#8217;re a manager reviewing process performance or a team member working on your tasks, this dashboard is your hub to find actionable insights and workflow runs in one place.<\/p>\n<h2>Task and workflow run summary<\/h2>\n<p>This summary gives you the cumulative number of tasks and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-workflow-run\/\">workflow runs<\/a> that are active and completed for this workflow and the status that they&#8217;re in.<\/p>\n<p>The summary stats \u2014 on track, due soon, overdue, and average completion time \u2014 are based on the <strong>most recent 1,000 workflow runs<\/strong> for the workflow. This keeps the data relevant to your current activity and the dashboard loading quickly.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> For workflows with fewer than 1,000 runs, the stats reflect all runs. For workflows with more than 1,000 runs, a small <strong>(i)<\/strong> icon appears next to the summary and chart headings to indicate the stats are based on the last 1,000 runs. To analyze all runs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/reports\/#create-a-new-saved-view\">create a custom report<\/a> and use the analytics feature there.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hover over the charts on the left to view detailed information on your workflow runs and tasks against their total number.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7787\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/wf-dashboard-summary.gif\" alt=\"Workflow dashboard summary showing pie charts and status counts\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Clicking the numbers on the right filters the workflow runs below to show active workflow runs in that status.<\/p>\n<p>To exit a filtered view and look at all the active workflow runs again, click <strong>Remove filter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7789\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/wfd-summary-filters.gif\" alt=\"Clicking summary stats to filter workflow runs and removing the filter\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The workflow run summary also shows you the <strong>average completion time<\/strong> for this workflow. The time is displayed using the two largest applicable units \u2014 for example, &#8220;3mo 5d&#8221; or &#8220;2h 30min&#8221; \u2014 so it stays readable whether your workflow typically takes minutes or months.<\/p>\n<h2>Workflow runs tab<\/h2>\n<p>The dashboard has two main tabs: <strong>Workflow runs<\/strong> and <strong>Activity<\/strong>. The <strong>Workflow runs<\/strong> tab is selected by default and has two view modes: <strong>Table<\/strong> and <strong>Analytics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Table view<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Table<\/strong> view shows your workflow&#8217;s active runs. Sort the table by clicking the arrows next to each column name.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7790\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/wfd-sorting-n-completed.gif\" alt=\"Sorting workflow runs in the table view and toggling completed runs\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To include completed runs in the table, turn on the <strong>Show completed runs<\/strong> toggle.<\/p>\n<p>To customize this view with specific columns and filters, click <strong>Custom report<\/strong>. This takes you to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/reports\/\">Reports dashboard<\/a> where you can create a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/reports\/#create-a-new-saved-view\">custom filter<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Pro tip:<\/strong> To review all the active runs of a workflow, go directly to the workflow dashboard instead of creating a new filter for that specific workflow in the Reports dashboard.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Analytics view<\/h3>\n<p>Switch to <strong>Analytics<\/strong> to see workflow run and task data as visual charts. Alternatively, when you&#8217;re in the Library, click the <strong>pencil icon<\/strong> next to your workflow&#8217;s name to go straight to the editor, skipping the dashboard altogether.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Running options<\/h2>\n<p>There is more than one way to run a workflow, within and outside Process Street. You can also send out data to other apps you use most.<\/p>\n<p>View all the active automations connected to your workflow here.
