You can manage and organize your forms by moving them into folders<\/a>, duplicating, archiving, or deleting them.<\/p>\n

Users: To create, edit, or share Forms, you must be an Administrator or a Builder<\/a> with “edit” permissions.<\/i><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Move your form into a folder<\/h3>\n

Look for your form in your Library, then click the three dots<\/strong> next to its name.<\/p>\n

Click “Move<\/strong>” and select the folder (or sub-folder) into which you want to move your form.<\/p>\n

You can also drag and drop your form into a folder on the same page or via breadcrumbs, as shown above.<\/p>\n

Duplicate or copy your form<\/h3>\n

To copy your form, click the three dots<\/strong> next to your form name and select “Duplicate<\/strong>“. Then select a folder to move into which you want to copy your form.<\/p>\n

Archive or unarchive your form<\/h3>\n

If you want to remove a form from your library but don’t want to fully delete it, you can archive it instead.<\/p>\n

To view archived forms, or to unarchive them, click the three dots<\/strong> next to your folder name and select “Show archived<\/strong>“. Look for your form, then click the three dots<\/strong> next to its name. Select “Unarchive<\/strong>” and your form will become active again.<\/p>\n

Delete your form<\/h3>\n

To delete a form, look for it in your Library and click the three dots<\/strong> next to its name, then select “Delete<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

If you deleted a form but need it back, you can restore it. Go to your Organization Settings<\/strong> and switch to the Activity<\/strong><\/a> tab. Search for your form or filter the view to forms and click Restore<\/strong> next to your form name.<\/p>\n
