There is no storage limit on your\u00a0Process Street<\/a> account. However, there are individual upload limits for various file types.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: These upload limits are across Workflows, Pages, and Forms.<\/em><\/p>\n

Videos: 8 GB<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(MOV, MP4, M4V, MPG, MPEG, AVI, MKV, WMV, ASF, FLV, F4V, DVD, 3GP, 3GPP, DIVX, and XVID videos)\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When\u00a0uploading a video<\/a>, the maximum size is 8 GB<\/strong>. You’ll need to use the upload widget and not drag and drop a video into a workflow, page, or form.<\/p>\n

Embedding a video from YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia has no limit.<\/p>\n

Images: 250 MB<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(AVIF, BMP, GIF, HEIC, HEIF, ICO, JPEG\/JPG, PNG, TIFF\/TIF, and WEBP images)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When\u00a0uploading an image<\/a> to a file widget, the maximum size is 250MB<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Other file types: 250 MB<\/strong><\/p>\n

For any other file type like Documents, Powerpoint, etc. the file upload limit is 250 MB<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you add Attachments<\/a> to workflow runs, they must be under 250 MB each.<\/strong><\/p>\n

File upload text extraction<\/strong><\/p>\n
