This article covers how to delete your Process Street organization or user account, leave an organization, or cancel your subscription.<\/p>\n

Only Administrators can delete an organization. Any member can delete their own user account or leave an organization.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Delete an organization<\/h2>\n

Deleting an organization permanently removes all its workflows, workflow runs, and data.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to Organization Settings<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Delete this organization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Confirm the deletion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The organization is scheduled for deletion in 14 days. During that window, you can cancel the deletion from the same Danger Zone<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> If you have multiple organizations, delete each one separately.<\/p>\n

    Delete your user account<\/h2>\n

    Deleting your user account removes your login and all associated data.<\/p>\n

    1. Go to Profile Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Delete your account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Confirm the deletion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Your account is scheduled for deletion in 14 days. You can cancel the deletion within that window from the same page.<\/p>\n

      Note:<\/strong> You can only delete your user account if you’re not a member of any organization, or if every organization you belong to is also scheduled for deletion. To leave an organization first, see the next section.<\/p>\n

      Leave an organization<\/h2>\n

      If you belong to an organization and want to remove yourself from it, you can leave without deleting your account.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Go to Profile Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Click Leave organization<\/strong> next to the organization you want to leave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        After leaving, you lose access to that organization’s workflows, workflow runs, and data.<\/p>\n

        Cancel a paid subscription<\/h2>\n

        If you’d rather keep your data but stop paying, cancel your subscription instead of deleting the organization.<\/p>\n

        To cancel, log in to your Process Street<\/a> account and go to your billing page<\/a>. Click Manage subscription & view payment history<\/strong> at the bottom of the page. Click Cancel plan<\/strong> in the top right corner.<\/p>\n

        When you cancel your subscription, all your workflows and workflow runs remain in your account. You can start a new subscription at any time.<\/p>\n

        Cancel a trial<\/h2>\n

        To cancel a trial account, contact the support team<\/a>.<\/p>\n
