This means saving time on manual tasks every day.<\/p>\n<h3>Use case:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A life coach uses Timely so new and old clients alike can easily book appointments with them<\/li>\n<li>The life coach also uses Process Street to make sure that the client admin and coaching processes are completed efficiently and effectively<\/li>\n<li>They want Process Street client intake session workflow to be automatically run whenever a new contact is added in Timely and also have some of the customer\u2019s data pushed straight into the workflow run<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Plan: This integration is available to customers on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/pricing\/\">all plans<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Users: In order to create an API key for integrations, you must be an Administrator.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Process overview:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You will create a Zap in Zapier<\/li>\n<li>You will create a trigger for the Zap which is when a new customer is added to Timely&#8217;s database<\/li>\n<li>You will create an action for the Zap which results in the automatic running of a client intake session workflow inside Process Street, with some of the client information&#8217;s filled out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let&#8217;s get started.<\/p>\n<h2>Using a Process Street workflow<\/h2>\n<p>In this use case, you can use the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/templates\/client-intake-session-checklist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Client Intake Session<\/a>&#8221; workflow. It\u2019s a free workflow\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-a-template\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">template<\/a> made by the team at Process Street.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/templates\/client-intake-session-checklist\/\" width=\"100%\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Add the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/what-is-the-difference-between-templates-and-checklists\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">workflow template<\/a> to your Process Street Library by clicking &#8220;<strong>Edit Checklist<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h2>Create a Zap with Zapier<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/zapier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zapier<\/a> is a third-party tool that integrates over 2,000 apps together. By using it, you can create automations known as &#8220;Zaps&#8221;. A Zap consists of a trigger (&#8220;When this happens&#8230;&#8221;) and an action (&#8220;Do this&#8230;&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>To build a Zap, sign in to Zapier (or <a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/sign-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">create an account<\/a>) and then click \u201c<strong>Make a Zap<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Set Timely as the trigger<\/h2>\n<p>Select <strong>Timely<\/strong> as the trigger app and &#8220;<strong>Customer Trigger<\/strong>&#8221; as the trigger event.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11272\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Timely-trigger-step.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>Continue<\/strong>&#8221; and sign in to your Timely account.<\/p>\n<p>A popup will then appear.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11273\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Timely-API.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Paste your Zapier Key (found in your Timely dashboard &gt; Setup &gt; Business details &gt; Addons) and click &#8220;Activate&#8221; to get your API key. Paste this into the field shown above.<\/p>\n<p>Zapier will then have access to your Timely account.\u00a0Click &#8220;<strong>Continue<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h3>Pull in sample data from Timely<\/h3>\n<p>You&#8217;ll now want to pull in data (or sample data) from Timely. For this, you will need to have a least one customer&#8217;s details in your Timely account.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Timely-integration-6-1024x512-1.png\" alt=\"Timely and Zapier\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>Test &amp; Continue<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11274\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Timely-trigger-success.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Set up Process Street as the action<\/h2>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>Continue<\/strong>&#8220;. With the first half of the Zap set up, it&#8217;s time to focus on the second half &#8211; the action.<\/p>\n<p>Select <strong>Process Street<\/strong> as the action app and &#8220;<strong>Run Workflow<\/strong>&#8221; as the action event.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11275\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Timely-action-step.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>Continue<\/strong>&#8221; and provide Zapier access to your Process Street account.<\/p>\n<p>Just as you provided Zapier with access to your Timely account, you&#8217;ll now want to do the same for Process Street.<\/p>\n<p>Another popup will appear after pressing &#8220;Sign in to Process Street&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Timely-integration-10-1024x512-1.png\" alt=\"Timely and Process Street API\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Paste the Process Street API (found by clicking on your organization&#8217;s name on the Process Street dashboard, then navigating to the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.process.st\/organizations\/manage\/integrations\">Integrations<\/a>&#8221; tab) then click &#8220;Yes, Continue&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>Continue<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h3>Choose the data you want to be pushed into Process Street<\/h3>\n<p>The next step is to choose which data you want to be pushed from Timely to Process Street.<\/p>\n<p>First, you&#8217;ll want to select &#8220;<strong>Client Intake Session<\/strong>&#8221; as the workflow from the dropdown.<\/p>\n<p>Then choose what you want the workflow run&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/naming-workflow-runs\/\">name<\/a> to be (you can set it up so the client&#8217;s first and last name is what appears).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11276\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Timely-Run.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After that, choose the information &#8211; such as first name, last name, and email &#8211; you want to be pushed from Timely into Process Street.<\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>Continue<\/strong>&#8221; once you&#8217;re done mapping the fields.<\/p>\n<h3>Send a test workflow run to Process Street<\/h3>\n<p>To make sure everything&#8217;s working &#8211; and the workflow run appears how you want it to appear &#8211; click &#8220;<strong>Test &amp; Continue<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11277\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Timely-aaction-success.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Find your workflow run in Process Street<\/h3>\n<p>Navigate back to your Process Street Reports area to look for your workflow run.<\/p>\n<p>When you click on the workflow run to open it, you&#8217;ll see that the data from Timely has been correctly pushed through into your form fields.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11278\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Timely-output.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Turn on your Zap<\/h3>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve double-checked the workflow run was created correctly, head back to Zapier and turn on your zap.<\/p>\n<p>The Zap will then run in the background, meaning whenever a new client is added to Timely, a client intake workflow run will be automatically created inside Process Street!<\/p>\n<p>The final step is to name your Zap.
