There are two ways to access it:

From a workflow’s options menu

Open the workflow you want to check.

Click the ellipsis icon (⋯) to open the options menu.

Select Run Update Report.

This opens the Reports page filtered to that specific workflow, with the Run Update Status column visible and runs sorted by status. All runs for the workflow are shown, not only those with a particular status.

From the Reports page

Navigate to Reports from the left sidebar.

Add a filter for Show Run Update Status contains Scheduled.

This approach lets you monitor run updates across multiple workflows at once. Add as many workflows as you need to the filter, and save the view for quick access later.

What the report shows

The Run Update Report provides a breakdown of every run affected by your workflow update. Each run displays one of three statuses:

Scheduled — The run is queued and waiting to be updated.

Updating — The run is currently being updated to the latest workflow version.

Inactive — The run has been successfully updated.

As runs move through the update process, the report reflects their current state.

Refresh button

A Refresh button is available on the Reports screen to reload the data without refreshing your browser. Click it to pull the latest status of your runs.

The Refresh button has a 5-second cooldown to prevent excessive requests. After clicking it, wait for the cooldown before clicking again.

Note: The Refresh button is available across all reports, not only the Run Update Report.

When to use the Run Update Report

The Run Update Report is most valuable when:

Updating a large number of active workflow runs after publishing workflow changes

Running migrations or bulk updates where you need to confirm every run has been processed

Debugging an update that appears stuck or incomplete — check the report to identify which runs haven’t reached Inactive status

FAQ

Does the report update automatically?

The report does not auto-refresh.
