This allows your team the ability to\u00a0communicate better about which folder a workflow can be found in.<\/p>\n<p>While users will see the name of the folder (or sub-folder) that their workflow lives in, they won&#8217;t see any other content in that folder unless it has already been assigned to them. There are no changes to permissions or access to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/workflow-permissions\/\">workflows<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/folder-permissions\/\">folders<\/a> that you have already set with this update.<\/p>\n<p>If your team is used to seeing workflows on the Home page of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/library\/\">Library<\/a>, they can either search through folders to find them or use the search box at the top of their screens to access workflows at lightning speed.<\/p>\n<p>This update will help your team stay organized, ahead of some more features that we&#8217;ll tell you about soon&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our latest update is a change to\u00a0folder\u00a0navigation that allows users to locate the workflows they&#8217;ve been assigned to more easily.
