Here’s a quick round-up of some of the updates that we’ve released over the past month here at Process Street<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Location of the new blank workflow button<\/h3>\n

We moved the location of the button to create a new blank workflow from scratch<\/a>, so it’s easier to find and quicker to access.<\/p>\n

Improved conditional logic modal<\/h3>\n

We\u2019ve increased the size of the modal that you work in when creating conditional logic<\/a> rules.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s also a new tooltip for form fields, which allows you to hover over to see form field names in full.<\/p>\n

Improved empty state for folders<\/h3>\n

When you first create a folder (or a new subfolder) you’ll see a prompt to move workflows<\/a> or Pages<\/a> here, or create new items.<\/p>\n

Improved folder menu<\/h3>\n

Click the cog next to your folder’s<\/a> name and you’ll see a newly styled menu to help you share, rename, move or delete your folder with ease.<\/p>\n

Users and roles in task assignment<\/h3>\n

We’ve combined the list of users that you can choose on task assignments and role assignments<\/a> into the same view, to improve the visibility of your options when assigning tasks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Invite as you assign<\/h3>\n

When assigning a user to a task, you can now invite someone as a full member<\/a>, direct from the workflow editor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Improved visibility of assignees<\/h3>\n

Where you have multiple users assigned to a workflow<\/a> or workflow run<\/a>, we’ve spread out the user icons, to allow you to see who’s working on this more clearly.<\/p>\n

Dropdown and multi-choice form fields<\/h3>\n

We’ve changed the text in blank entries so that it’s easier for you to see how to add a new row into dropdown and multi-choice\u00a0form fields<\/a>. This brings consistency to the way you can identify how to add new rows in subtasks<\/a>, dropdown<\/a> and multi-choice<\/a> fields.<\/p>\n

Publicly shared workflows<\/h3>\n

We’ve made accessing the share link or embed link on publicly shared workflows<\/a> easier to access.\u00a0When you click the “Public” icon a new window appears where you can find your share and embed links.<\/p>\n

Click on a link and a green tick confirms that it’s been added to your clipboard, as shown below.<\/p>\n

New copy run link<\/h3>\n

It’s now possible to copy a run link<\/a> for your workflow when you run it from viewing the workflow, shown below. The permission for who can use the run link depends on what you have set in the run link sharing options.<\/p>\n

Variable name updates<\/h3>\n

Since our big name change from templates to workflows and checklists to workflow runs<\/a>, there were a few stragglers. These have now been cleared up and the variable<\/a> names you’ll see inside workflows have also been updated.<\/p>\n

This applies to when you use the magic wand (variable selector) in text, email or snippet\u00a0form fields<\/a>, or when using link options in a workflow run link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

New blank workflow name prompt<\/h3>\n

When you first create a new blank workflow<\/a>, your cursor will drop right into the name field of your workflow so that you can get started by giving your workflow a name.<\/p>\n

Anonymous sharing on Pages<\/h3>\n

When you share a Page<\/a> via a share link, with permissions set to “anyone can view this Page” users are not required to log in to Process Street to view it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
