Here\u2019s a quick round-up of some of the smaller updates that we\u2019ve released over the past few weeks here at\u00a0Process Street<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Naming automation steps<\/h2>\n

For those of you that have multiple automations<\/a> running from the same workflow, we added the name of the tasks that your automation run from.<\/p>\n

This allows you to identify and select the task you’d like to update or activate.<\/p>\n

Don’t forget which workflow run you’re working on<\/h2>\n

When scrolling through tasks, especially on long workflow runs<\/a>, the name of the run now stays in view at the top of your screen.<\/p>\n

Share workflow runs automatically<\/h2>\n

You can now turn on (and off) workflow run share links via our API<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Discover workflow form fields in reports<\/h2>\n

When you select one workflow in your report\u00a0<\/a>filters, you’ll see that all the form fields<\/a> are now selected by default.<\/p>\n

Using form fields in your selection allows you to see files that have been uploaded, email addresses collected and any other data you’d like to see or have quick access to.<\/p>\n

Stay focussed on tasks<\/h2>\n

We’ve added some more styling around task selection so that you can keep focused on the task you’re working on or viewing.<\/p>\n

Retina display support for cover images<\/h2>\n

For those of you with retina screens, we’ve improved the resolution of cover images so your custom branding<\/a> remains crisp and clear.<\/p>\n
