Enhanced file security<\/h2>\n

When you enable the Enhanced File Security<\/a> feature, only users logged into a Process Street account can access the files in your workflow runs.<\/p>\n

Bulk update workflow run task assignees<\/h2>\n

You can now add, remove, or change the task assignees<\/a> in your active workflow runs when publishing changes to your workflows.<\/p>\n

Suppress notifications for ‘update to latest’<\/h2>\n

When you publish changes to your workflow and decide to update each run manually, you can now suppress the ‘update to latest’ notifications.<\/p>\n

This means, your users will not receive a notification to update their active runs to the latest version. This allows you to then individually update active workflow runs on a need-to-update basis.<\/p>\n
