Bulk archive or delete workflow runs in Reports<\/h3>\n

Admins and members with edit permissions can now multi-select workflow runs in Reports to archive<\/a> or delete<\/a> them.<\/p>\n

Auto-update variables when form field names are changed<\/h3>\n

If you change a form field name in your workflow, its corresponding variable updates automatically, including variables using fallback values<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This means that you no longer need to track down those variables to update them throughout your workflow, or where they’re used in integrations<\/a> or run links<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Variables and links in subtasks<\/h3>\n

You can now use variables<\/a> to populate your subtasks. This allows you to add hyperlinks<\/a> to subtasks where your variable is used for a URL, an email address or a file.<\/p>\n

AI Math Operator<\/h3>\n

You can add AI tasks<\/a> to perform simple math calculations in your workflow runs.<\/p>\n

Quick links in Library to run or edit workflows<\/h3>\n

You can edit or run your workflows directly from your Library using the quick links next to your workflow names.<\/p>\n

Skip button<\/h3>\n

If your tasks have read-only information without any actionable items, you can use the Skip button to move on to the next task.<\/p>\n
