Approve or Reject Tasks (Individually or in Bulk)<\/h3>\n<p>You can now programmatically approve or reject tasks, one at a time or all at once. This is a game-changer for automating approval workflows at scale.<\/p>\n<p>Use cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approve all tasks in a multi-step process with one API call<\/li>\n<li>Reject tasks automatically based on conditional logic<\/li>\n<li>Integrate with third-party decision engines or approval platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/public-api.process.st\/api\/v1.1\/docs\/index.html#operation\/upsertApproval\">https:\/\/public-api.process.st\/api\/v1.1\/docs\/index.html#operation\/upsertApproval\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>2. Find Tasks Assigned to a Specific User<\/h3>\n<p>Need to check who\u2019s working on what? This endpoint lets you retrieve all tasks or approvals (excluding one-off tasks) assigned to a specific user. You can even filter by workflow ID to narrow it down.<\/p>\n<p>Use cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build dashboards showing task load per user<\/li>\n<li>Track outstanding approvals across workflows<\/li>\n<li>Automate task reassignment or load balancing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/public-api.process.st\/api\/v1.1\/docs\/index.html#operation\/listTasks\">https:\/\/public-api.process.st\/api\/v1.1\/docs\/index.html#operation\/listTasks\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>3. Filter Data Set Records by Columns<\/h3>\n<p>Retrieve Data Set records based on specific column values, making your data queries more precise.<\/p>\n<p>This is useful when you want to update a specific row but don&#8217;t know the record ID. You can use this to find the row based on other columns, and then use the record ID to update the row.<\/p>\n<p>This was already available in Zapier but is now available anywhere you can make an HTTP request, such as Make, Power Automate and old-fashioned scripts.<\/p>\n<p>Use cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find a specific record when you don&#8217;t have the record ID handy<\/li>\n<li>Pull specific subsets of records for reports<\/li>\n<li>Trigger automation based on custom fields<\/li>\n<li>Monitor key values (e.g., overdue invoices, flagged items)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/public-api.process.st\/api\/v1.1\/docs\/index.html#operation\/listDataSetRecords\">https:\/\/public-api.process.st\/api\/v1.1\/docs\/index.html#operation\/listDataSetRecords<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>4. List All Workflow Run Assignees<\/h3>\n<p>This new endpoint allows you to fetch all assignees for a given workflow run and see who is responsible for the entire run.<\/p>\n<p>This was the missing link for run assignees. Now you can assign, unassign and list run assignees for any workflow run.<\/p>\n<p>This can also be useful in conjunction with scheduled workflows and webhooks.
