Since these tasks don\u2019t require user action, only \u201cView\u201d and \u201cNo Access\u201d permissions apply.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"643\">What happens when you hide a task? It still runs. Behind the scenes, your Code or AI step will trigger when the prior task is checked, even if no one sees it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"656\">That means:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"849\">\n<li data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"730\">\n<p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"730\">You can now use conditional logic to <em data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"714\">disable and hide<\/em> automated steps<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"789\">\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"789\">You can run background logic without showing it to users<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"849\">\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"849\">You can enforce standards <em data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"827\">without<\/em> exposing system logic<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"1019\">This update makes designing clean, controlled, and scalable processes easier, especially in workflows with branching logic, sensitive scripts, or automation triggers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can now control visibility for your automated tasks.
