If you&#8217;ve been managing hundreds of active runs and struggling to find the ones you need, this feature gives you a direct way to narrow results based on how each run has been filled out.<\/p>\n<h2>What it does<\/h2>\n<p>When you select a single workflow in <strong>Reports<\/strong>, a new <strong>Form Fields<\/strong> option appears in the filter menu. Choose any form field from that workflow and set conditions to match specific values.<\/p>\n<p>Different field types come with operators that make sense for them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Short text<\/strong> \u2014 filter by contains or doesn&#8217;t contain<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dropdown\/Select<\/strong> \u2014 filter by is equal or not equal, and pick the value from a list<\/li>\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> \u2014 filter by is equal or not equal, with a user picker grouped by role<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-choice<\/strong> \u2014 filter by contains or doesn&#8217;t contain a selected option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to use it<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Reports<\/strong> and select a single workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Filter<\/strong> and choose a form field from the list.<\/li>\n<li>Pick an operator (for example, &#8220;contains&#8221; or &#8220;is equal to&#8221;) and enter or select a value.<\/li>\n<li>Add more filters and combine them with <strong>AND<\/strong> or <strong>OR<\/strong> logic to refine your results.<\/li>\n<li>Save the filtered view by name so you can reload it later.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-9718\" src=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-03-30-at-11.23.56-300x189.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"692\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-03-30-at-11.23.56-300x189.png 300w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-03-30-at-11.23.56-768x483.png 768w, https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-03-30-at-11.23.56.png 786w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 692px) 100vw, 692px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Who benefits<\/h2>\n<p>This is especially useful if you run high-volume workflows and need to locate runs based on specific answers \u2014 for example, finding all runs assigned to a particular user or matching a certain dropdown selection.
