Moving a workflow, page, or form to a new folder used to mean stopping what you were doing, navigating to the Library, creating the folder first, then coming back to move the document. That extra round trip is gone.<\/p>\n

What’s new<\/h2>\n

The Move<\/strong> modal now includes a Create folder<\/strong> option. When you’re moving a document and the destination folder doesn’t exist yet, create it on the spot \u2014 without leaving the modal.<\/p>\n

How it works<\/h2>\n

  1. Open a workflow, page, or form in the Library.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Move<\/strong> option (from the item’s context menu or the actions bar).<\/li>\n
  3. In the Move modal, navigate to the location where you want the new folder.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Create folder<\/strong> button and give the folder a name.<\/li>\n
  5. The new folder is automatically selected as the destination \u2014 click Move<\/strong> to finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Why it matters<\/h2>\n

    If you’re reorganizing your Library or filing a new document, you no longer need to break your flow. Create the folder right where you need it, move the document in one step, and keep going.<\/p>\n

    This feature is available on all plans.<\/p>\n
