On-boarding new client via email <\/h2>\n

The start of the onboarding process usually can begin three-way. Phone Call, Email, Or stopping by the facility. When looking through the info@brxperformance.com<\/a> email and you find an email that pertains to starting training or receiving more information this checklist is the standard operating procedure to handle it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Identifying interest email <\/h2>\n

When looking through the info@brxperformance.com<\/a> email and you stumble upon and email that <\/p>\n

The example below will see an example of an email thread we received from an interested parent. You can also see if the thread that has questions about ages we start training this is a very common question we receive and we train as young as 11 years old but are very up front with people that this is not<\/strong><\/em> one on one training. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

After identifying the age we then sent the needs analysis form this form can be found in the canned responses on Gmail see the picture below. Usually, we send the needs analysis right away but wanted to see how old he was first. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The script in the canned email is very much a template. Be creative and come up with something that makes it personal and not robotic!!!!!!!!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Finding Needs Analysis Form <\/h2>\n

When a needs analysis form comes into the info@brxperformance<\/a>.com email we will then take that information and enter it into E-Z Facility. Needs analysis forms can be identified by the following subject line. Click on the email to open it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Once we have opened the email you will see detailed information about the new client in the body of the email as well as in a PDF. We will use this information inputted by the client to create them an account on E-Z Facility.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Creating Client in E-Z Facility <\/h2>\n

After opening the Needs Analysis form you will then log into your E-Z Facility account and create a New Client. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The new client steps can be found under Clients <\/strong>at the top of E-Z Facility.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
