However you will need to pull records for every day that you didn't pull records.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, you pull records on 6\/20\/2017. Then you don't pull any records for 10 days. When you pull records on 6\/30\/2017, you will need to be sure that you pull records for 6\/21\/2017 -&gt; 6\/30\/2017. Start at the top and work your way down. There are certain case types you can skip, such as \u201cSmall Estate Affidavit\u201d. As you learn which ones are\/are not valuable, please update Process Street with that information.<\/li>\n<li>Once opened, you will see all of the files\/attachments associated with the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**NOTE** If you get an error message when trying to open a file, click \u201cReturn to Search\u201d and reopen the file. This should prevent you from seeing the error message again.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"find-the-names-and-addresses-of-all-heirsexecutor\">\n<h2> Find the names and addresses of all heirs\/executor <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cPetition to Probate Will\u201d is a document where you can often find the names and addresses of the heirs. This is the document where the heirs petition to receive the items of the estate.<\/li>\n<li>There will be mention of an \u201cexecutor\u201d of the estate. Often, this is one of the heirs. Sometimes, it\u2019s someone else. Make sure this person\u2019s name and address gets added to the spreadsheet!
