We will also be using charts so the data is presented more readily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update the Advertising Efficiency sheet as soon as the Amazon Advertisement Optimization task&nbsp;for the latest month is done.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"creating-an-advertising-efficiency-sheet\">\n<h2> Creating an Advertising Efficiency sheet <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>If you don't have the link yet to the search term report, request it from Sir Antti or Kleia. Then request permission to create new sheets.<\/p>\n<p>Below are our current existing search term reports:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search Terms UK 2016-2017<\/li>\n<li>Search Terms DE 2016-2017<\/li>\n<li>Search Terms FR 2016-2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Follow the checklist and when in doubt, check the images provided to make sure you're still on track. From experience, Google Sheets can tend to be picky about how certain things are done. If you have experience using Microsoft Office Excel, you'll find Google Sheets to be convenient for a lot of things, but also very picky in how they are done.<\/p>\n<p>Let's get started!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"copy--paste-the-necessary-data\">\n<h2> Copy &amp; Paste the necessary data <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<h3>Use data from older search term reports<\/h3>\n<p>There should be a finished Advertising Efficiency sheet from older Amazon search term reports.<\/p>\n<p>Request for the links to these old search term reports. This is the quickest way for you to place the data without having to manually format the values.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"multi-select-content form-field-content\">\n<ul class=\"items\">\n<li class=\"item\">\n<div class=\"step-number-container\">\n<div class=\"step-number\">\n       1\n     <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"step-checkbox-container\">\n<div class=\"step-checkbox\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"item-name-static\">\n      From the old search term report, select the first 5 rows. For this, we need to know what headers to put in.
