This will show the step by step process on how we can accurately add client information to the software.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the access and details you need to complete the task.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"multi-select-content form-field-content\">\n<ul class=\"items\">\n<li class=\"item\">\n<div class=\"step-number-container\">\n<div class=\"step-number\">\n       1\n     <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"step-checkbox-container\">\n<div class=\"step-checkbox\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"item-name-static\">\n      Log in access or email invite to access HubSpot\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">\n<div class=\"step-number-container\">\n<div class=\"step-number\">\n       2\n     <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"step-checkbox-container\">\n<div class=\"step-checkbox\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"item-name-static\">\n      Client details (can be sent via mail or xls form)\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>To start, log in to Hubspot. Remember that we have two different Dashboard in HubSpot, Marketing, and Sales. All client information should go to our Sales Pipeline thus, you have to make sure you are in the correct dashboard. You can then save it by hitting 'create' button or 'create and add another' if you are adding multiple clients.<br \/>\n   <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>Once the company is created, you can then add the primary contact or contact details of the client in two ways.<\/p>\n<p>You can either;<\/p>\n<p>(1) Go to the &quot;Contacts&quot; tab and click &quot;Add Contact&quot; button, which you can also find on the upper right hand of the page. This will open up all the companies in our database and the ones that you have initially entered. If you are using this site, make sure you are browsing through the list of companies in&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you opted to use this site, make sure you are browsing through the list of companies within our target locations and looking through the list of companies that offers PPC and\/or CRO as their primary service.
