Either send the changes to a GPS staff or make the changes yourself in Dropbox <\/h2>\n<\/section>\n

Once changes are made, copies must be posted in the foyer, in any signages throughout the property, in the junior book (if necessary), and in the Master Book (binder in retail office) <\/h2>\n<\/section>\n

If the change applies to multiple programs, send an email to the staff with the update <\/h2>\n<\/section>\n
\n

If the change alters a program structure, update program details in the process.st file <\/h2>\n<\/section>\n

If the change regards a junior program, put the new page in the junior curriculum binder <\/h2>\n<\/section>\n
\n

If the change regards a junior program, make sure GPS staff knows so they can update parent orientation sheets <\/h2>\n

GPS staff: see program boxes, and add the new flyer\/curriculum\/letter to the parent orientation packet for the program.
