Number should be XXRPLC where XX is the state that triggered the replacement import<\/p>\n<p>2. &nbsp;Sales ID is always JHC<\/p>\n<p>3. &nbsp;Operator ID is the MOM User ID of the person processing the Input File<\/p>\n<p>4. Ship Via should be IS<\/p>\n<p>5. Order date should be the date the input file is being processed<\/p>\n<p>6. Customer Number is the MOM customer number for the Cintas Branch that the REPLACEMENT posters will be shipped to. &nbsp;This number can be found in step 2.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7. &nbsp;Compare the data in all the source key fields and SKU fields matches the picture below.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"image-content\">\n<figure>\n   <a folder locations are correct, the fields are filled in and the source key and SKU fields are verified and match the photo, click on CREATE REPLACEMENT IMPORT.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section CINTAS.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>Fill in the file name field by browsing to the Ready folder and choosing the DBF file that the Cintas Import Program created in Step 6. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>Make sure the ORDER ENTRY DATE TO ASSIGN says the current date.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>The completed Order class=\"step-checkbox-container\">\n<div class=\"step-checkbox\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"item-name-static\">\n      Save the PDF of the labels in a subfolder using the MOM Order number and teh state in the name (ie 123456 VA RPLC A Labels)\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"print-the-lables-onto-label-stock\">\n<h2> Print the lables onto label stock <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>Label stock is maintained in the office. You can ask Lisa, Nikita or Richard for labels.
