As part of the Hatch team, you've got your own email!<\/p>\n

Sign in to Gmail (https:\/\/myaccount.google.com) with the following credential format: 
email<\/strong>: firstname.lastname@hatchcanada.com
<\/a>password<\/strong>: hatch123<\/p>\n

Note**: Boston<\/strong> candidates will have a @hatchamerica.com account instead of hatchcanada.com!<\/span><\/p>\n

This email is where all work-related emails will be sent so it is important that you check in on a regular basis. Please also be aware that this is a professional email and should not be used for personal use. <\/span><\/p>\n

Add Coach Folder to your Google Drive <\/h2>\n

The Coach Drive contains valuable resources, including JavaScript tutorials, a copy of the Coach Handbook, and other information you may want to access during your training and while you work as a Hatch Coach. <\/p>\n

After you visit this URL once, you should be able to return to the Coach Drive by going to the Google Drive account associated with your Hatch email and selecting "Shared with me"<\/strong> from the menu on the left side of the page.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

I have created your Hatch account!<\/span><\/p>\n

Your username for the Hatch platform is your Hatch Gmail (refer to 'Sign in to Hatch Email' step if you're unsure of your Hatch gmail)<\/p>\n

You should receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password for your Hatch platform account. <\/p>\n

If you are having issues accessing the system or haven't recieved an e-mail with instructions to reset your p, please email <\/span>hellohatch@hatchcanada.com<\/span><\/a> <\/p>\n

Sign in to When I Work & Update Availability <\/h2>\n

Please check your Hatch email for instructions on how to sign-in with WhenIWork . Once you're signed in, try updating your availability!<\/p>\n

If you're having trouble signing into WIW, also try the 'Log In With Google' function and log in with your Hatch e-mail.<\/p>\n
