You will need the destination country (and possibly zip code), measurements of package in cms: L x W x H and also approximate weight.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Booking a Shipment <\/h2>\n

\n Go to skynetworldwide.com and log in using: Username: OBS Password: OBS123

\n To book a new shipment on click on shipping.
\n <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n Fill in all the fields in yellow as well as the service and the country 'shipping to.' Ensure all shipment options are ticked and then click continue and then save. The whole screen will reset\/go blank apart from your sender information. This is so you can book another shipment(s) on if you have more than one.

\n Your booked shipment will then appear under Shipping, under the second tab along called shipment list.

\n Next you need to print out your paperwork from the shipment list (at the bottom of the page.) Tick the shipment you wish to print paperwork for, followed by connote label (style 1), manifest print and commercial invoice (only if sending to outside the EU.) This will open these up in a new screen or tab. Then print using your usual browser settings. 1 copy of the connote label is required to go on front of package. 1 copy of the manifest is required for the driver to sign and date. If you are sending outside the EU you can select commercial invoice as well to print out the invoices you require. Print and sign x 5 copies to be placed in see-through plastic wallet and attached to the package.

You should now have all your documentation and have booked your collection. If you want to check it has been booked correctly then you can look at the status<\/u><\/em><\/strong> in the shipment list<\/u><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It should have a green flag<\/u><\/em><\/strong> with an F<\/u><\/em><\/strong> in for Finalised, and in the far right column there should be a green tick<\/u><\/em><\/strong> to show a collection has been booked.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Tracking your shipment <\/h2>\n

\n Login to skynet and click on Shipping > Shipment list. Then search using date field (on date parcel was collected) and ensure that box: 'Finalised' is ticked then search. Tracking numbers are listed under 'Shipment #'
