Enhance your listings, manage ratings, reviews and recommendations, send reports to clients, and much more!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"step-1-get-your-account-up-and-running\">\n<h2> STEP 1: GET YOUR ACCOUNT UP AND RUNNING <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">Sign up for a free professional account at <a href=\"https:\/\/dashboard.realtor.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">dashboard.realtor.com<\/a>. Upon completion, you\u2019ll receive immediate access to your dashboard where you can:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Update profile:<\/strong> Look your best on realtor.com&reg;! Click Profile &gt; Manage Profile. Upload your agent and background photos. Click Change on the right hand side of the About me section to add your bio, zips you serve (for courtesy leads), and links to your website, social media and blogs. Click the Change link below each section to customize your preferences. Navigate to Profile &gt; Ratings &amp; Reviews to request reviews from verified clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add Recommendations:<\/strong> You can also boost your profile with recommendations from friends, family, and colleagues. Navigate to Profile &gt; Recommendations to add them manually or import from RealSatisfied.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"step-3-manage-contacts-and-delight-clients\">\n<h2> STEP 3: MANAGE CONTACTS AND DELIGHT CLIENTS <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">Deliver valuable content to your leads and clients to stay top of mind. You can even leverage your seller reports as a tool to help you win your next listing in listing appointments.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Manage contacts:<\/strong> Leads generated on realtor.com&reg; will appear in the Contacts section. You can also manually add contacts to keep all your leads in one place, with contact info, reminder tags and handy notes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Enhance your listings:<\/strong> Click Listings to view your For Sale, Sold and For Rent listings on realtor.com&reg;. Hover over a listing and click the pencil icon to add additional photos, an expanded description, open house information, virtual tours and more.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Setup Seller Reports:<\/strong> Showcase your marketing efforts and let your clients know how many views and inquiries their listing is getting on realtor.com&reg;! On the Listings tab, click the Add Seller link on a specific listing to set up the report. Add the contact\/s you\u2019d like to receive the report, personalize your message, and choose how often you want the report sent.
